Booking

50% must be paid at the time of booking, with the remainder paid 48 hours before booking date. Cancellations within 48 hours of booking fees will not be refunded. Cancellation up to 72 hrs 50% of deposit will be refunded.

Set up and take down time

The client will include this in the hire time. Extra time will be charged.

Minors

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed other than as the subject of photography - in which case they must be chaperoned at all times.

Insurance

Sussex studios cannot accept liability for any injury or damage to persons or equipment. The hirer is responsible for their own public liability insurance.

Damage breakages and losses

The hirer is responsible for any damage, breakages and losses to the studio, equipment and its contents, or to any equipment they may bring to the studio.
The charges of any damage, breakages or loss of our equipment studio or contents will be paid for before leaving the premises. The studio will be left in the same state as found at all times.

Smoking

To comply with current laws we operate a no smoking policy.

Costs

Per hour £25.00 (minimum 2hrs)
Per ½ day £75.00 (8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm)
Per full day £140.00 (8am-5pm)
Per evening £60.00 (6pm-10pm)

460 sq ft.
1/3rd black - 2/3rd white with infinity walls. All walls and floors are coved.
3 mounted boom arms, 2 Bowens 500, 1 Elencrome, 1 D lite.
2 brollies, 1 soft box, 1 snoot, 1 honeycomb and 2 reflectors.
Various props.
Radio flash triggers.

Off street parking.
